01 / What it can do

Start with a question. Keep the decision yours.

Illustrative example · sample data

My bench has been going down for weeks. Why? Your bench peaked at an estimated 98.7 kg on 21 Sep and is now 87.5 kg. Chest is at 24 hard sets a week, above your recoverable limit of 22. Drop machine chest press and dips to get back to 12 sets? Yes, save it. Saved to FitArchive as a new plan. Start it in the app.

  1. Copy the link

  2. Add FitArchive in Claude

Open Customize → Connectors, choose the plus button, then Add custom connector. Name it FitArchive, paste the link and follow the sign-in prompts. Set it up on the web or desktop; then use it in the phone app too.

On a managed workspace, an owner may need to add the connector first.

Your data. Your choice.

How assistant connections handle your data
  • Choose the categories your assistant can read. Body fat and lean mass from Health stay off unless you turn them on.
  • Progress photos are never shared.
  • End a connection at any time from Your connections.
  • The assistant’s provider handles your chat and the shared data under its own terms.

A few useful answers

Does connecting cost extra?

FitArchive charges no extra connection fee. Your assistant’s own plan and any usage limits still apply.

Which FitArchive plans work?

Free, Plus and Pro can connect. Free reads the last 30 days; Plus adds logging and one-day templates; Pro adds full history, deeper analysis and plans with multiple training days.

How do I disconnect?

Open Your connections on the FitArchive connection page and choose End connection. You can also disconnect in the assistant or withdraw AI permission in the FitArchive app.

Will my data train the AI?

That depends on your assistant provider, account and settings. FitArchive does not control the provider’s training policies. Read its privacy policy before sharing.
